Installation Steps: 1. Clean the tailpipe and exhaust tip with penetrating oil and a shop rag. Ensure the tailpipe is at room temperature and do not clean the surface after the car has just been driven. 2. Slide the tip onto the exhaust pipe, using automotive grease to lubricate the pieces if necessary. Cover the end of the exhaust tip with a towel and tap it into place with a rubber mallet. 3. Weld a joint between the edges of the tailpipe and the exhaust tip to finish the installation.
