To install the exhaust tip, please ensure that the size of your tailpipe matches the inlet size of the tip. The exhaust tip features corrosion resistance to alkali solutions and most organic and inorganic acids, with a polished, mirror-like finish that accentuates its premium quality.

The exhaust tip has an inlet diameter of 2.25 inches, an outlet diameter of 5.5 inches by 3 inches, and an overall length of 9 inches. It is designed for a weld-on installation and features a square, single-angled cut with a rolled edge design. Crafted from high-quality 304 stainless steel, the tip is highly resistant to corrosion and will never rust.

Before installation, clean the tailpipe and exhaust tip with penetrating oil and a shop rag, ensuring that the surface is at room temperature. Slide the tip onto the exhaust pipe, using automotive grease to lubricate the pieces if necessary. Cover the end of the exhaust tip with a towel and tap it into place with a rubber mallet. Finally, weld a joint between the edges of the tailpipe and the exhaust tip to complete the installation.
